FIBIS is operate a mail order system. Items are also sold at events such as the SoG Fair and FIBIS meetings. Items are subject to availability.  You will be notified regarding any likely delays. All prices are inclusive of VAT.  (Where VAT is not applicable in your country, it helps to offset the extra postage costs) We will take overseas orders. Returned items must be returned in original condition. 

Mail ordering

We will endeavour to despatch your order within three working days. There are two versions of the order form; a fill-in form (MS Word) OR a PDF version of the form which you will need to print out and fill in by hand.  If you have any trouble with using Word forms, then please see the Application Form Help page for information on how to use the form.
